Are you sodium sensitive?
I strongly recommend that you switch to a plant based diet, filled with fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes. Avoid highly processed foods. Read labels!! Drink lots of water
You also need regular exercise, at least 20 minutes a day, at least three times a week.
No caffeine or alcohol.
Supplement with calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin C
