  • Saving lives. Hands down. If that means I have to do the horrible belly slap, the unforgiving attention grab, or the nightmarish standing for long periods of time techniques then so be it.

  • Saving lives. I'm not so sure it matters if they are American or not though.

  • Saving Lives, of course, but that was then, this is now... This admin. is not worried about lives, they want to put those who felt that saving lives was the priority after 9/11, on trial for water boarding etc. Shame on those bad, bad, people who were doing everything they could to keep a Ft Hood or worse from occurring, they are so awful, they must to go to jail for trying to protect and keep us safe! Yes, I am being sarcastic, good heavens above, what is wrong with these people who are running our country in the ground? They are NOT on our side...

  • Saving lives in general, but I'd probably choose American lives first.

  • Depends on what rules we are going to throw out. If it keeps us from being animals, I will follow the rules. Saving lives is great and all, but if it comes with sacrificing the morals and ethics we hold dear then is it worth it? Not really. Because we will be saving lives for nothing except to make it a nation of people willing to throw away the morals (rules) at the first taste of danger. Stand up for something.

  • i cannot believe anyone would say the rules.... i am a teacher, i spend 8 -9 hours a day 5 days a week making people follow the rules... but when faced with the choice of saving lives... that is a no brainer.. and who would care if the lives were americans? you shouldnt even care if the lives in question are human.... every person has to stand up for what is right. when that means opposing the rules/laws you have an obligation to practice civil disobedience. (go ghandi!)
