  • bakingTry one cup of peanut butter and one cup of sugar and one egg and mix until you have a dough (I recommend those clear plastic throw away gloves it can get very messy/sticky) anyway make into balls and firm squash them then make your crisscross mark with a fork and wahlah!!! Oh and don't for get to add some chocolate chips (hershey's kisses or the miniature ones) I have made this twice already and my family loves it....Have Fun!!!

  • I'm sorry I forgot place in over for 10 minutes (depends on how hot ur stove gets) at 350. Bake your cookies first and as soon as they come out then put your chocolate on them....

  • peanut Butter Cookies

    1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/8 cup or more plant or animal milk
    1/2 cup brown sugar

Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet. Combine flour, salt and baking powder in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
In a small microwaveable bowl, heat peanut butter in microwave for about 45 seconds or until soft. Stir in brown sugar and milk, adding enough milk to have a pretty milky consistency. Pour the peanut butter mixture immediately into the mixing bowl containing the dry ingredients. Mix until slightly moist. Add rolled oats. Continue mixing until well combined, you may have to add more milk as this batter will be thick. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes.

    NOTE: I add chocolate chips
