if my ex would try to get visitation and get paternity established..and i went then for child support..would he have to pay back pay for all the months he was not paying child support?

my ds is 18 months and if his "sperm donor" were to get a dna test and try to get visitation and i then went for child support would he have to pay for the months he wasn't around?

  • Depends on the state. I refer to my sons father as sperm donor too.
