What are you making for dinner for Christmas Eve?

Hubby won't be off work until 6 and I want something easy to make. I was thinking of making a breakfast casserole, easy to do and not to filling as we are having tons of food the next day. What is everyone else making?

  • We do not do any special Christmas eve dinners.
Christmas day it's make your own sub for dinner...
The day after Christmas family is coming over so that will
be a more traditional type of dinner with ham and the trimming...

  • We have our huge dinner on Christmas Eve so I don't have to cook on Christmas day. We spend all of Christmas day doing stuff together and relaxing. No cooking, no cleanup, nothing :).. So for Christmas Eve we will have ham, turkey, cornbread dressing, twice baked potatoes, sweet potato casserole, brussel sprouts in browned butter, corn, rolls, cranberry sauce, pecan pie, and brownies. And DD wants me to make peppermint ice cream pie too lol but we will see.
