  • I am thinking I am going to make some turkey chili and corn bread for dinner tonight. PM me if you want the recipe, it's pretty cheap, easy and tasty!

  • Here are my dinner menus for the last two weeks. Send me a message offlist if you would like any recipes:
    Week of 12/13
    Sunday - minestrone soup, salad, maybe tomato mozzarella and basil sandwiches
    Monday - Mexican lasagna
    Tuesday - stir fry
    Wednesday - peanut noodles
    Thursday - stir fry
    Friday - out
    Saturday - Mediterranean stew

    Week of 12/6
    Sunday – stew with dumplings
    Monday - tofu fish sticks, not crab cakes, sweet potato fries
    Tuesday – General Tsao’s
    Wednesday – breakfast for dinner
    Thursday – lentil tacos or sloppy joes (haven’t made up my mind)
    Friday – stuffed peppers
    Saturday – pizza
