Casein free foods

Hello I need to know if anyone has info on casein free foods and where to get them for an autistic boy age 8??? Thanks

  • I don't know if there is a list of foods...maybe try the internet. But you can look at the ingredients. Look for casein or caseinated... Lots of foods dont' have casein. Isn't casein a milk product? As you look into various foods you can compile a list of foods and types of foods that don't have it as an ingredient.

  • casein is the protein found in animal milk. Avoid foods with milk in them. My son is wheat, soy, egg, & casein free.
