Are you breaking the law if you drive past those road signs that say "Do Not Pass"?

  • No those signs mean do not pass other drivers. As in if you pass one of those signs and the person in front of you is doing five under the posted speed limit if you were to go around them that would be breaking the law.

  • the road signs that are blocking access to roads? Yes. If a sign on the road just says "do not pass" as in don't pass the other cars, then again, yes.

  • lol! Yes, you are - just like you're taking your life in your own hands every time you take a Motrin or Tylenol out of a bottle that someone in your house has already opened. You are warned to not use it if the seal is broken, after all...

  • Yes, and watch out for "Falling Rock" there's always just the one rock, so if it misses you, you're OK.
