  • I can't help either - we're also having leftovers, but supplementing with cereal if necessary!

  • Maybe this will help, I'll elaborate on what the leftovers are - potato soup, baked french toast, fake lasagna (elbow macaroni+spaghetti sauce+cooked ground beef layered in pan with mozzerella cheese), pizza, and I know there's one more thing but I can't think of it at the moment. GL!

  • We're on the road from Idaho to CA right now to my moms for Christmas. We will have lasagna waiting for us when we pull in the drive! YUM~!

Tomorrow we're having Pork Loin with Wild and Long Grain Apricot Rice! So yummy!

Let me know if you want to know how to make either!

  • A day late and always a dollar short but we had a top sirloin steak cooked all day in water and seasonings on the stovetop, then mixed with gravy served atop mashed and a side of corn. to make it even better I am making homemade toll house cc cookies.
I want to suggest that you go to the frugal budgeting amd menu group. they have a weekly menu plan. Menu planning is what keeps us well within our budget and eating healthy. If you need more ideas please PM me perhaps I can help???....Julie
