  • To drink or completly?
If someone is just giving a child water and no food that is abuse.
Just as a drink though you can live off it.

  • What is going on here? Talk to your child's pediatrician if the child is refusing to eat. Eating disorders are no joke.

  • I know you are anon, this is a very odd question. What is at the bottom of it? What is going on? Is the child refusing to eat anything other than water? Is somebody abusing her child by only feeding him water? Could you please elaborate on the situation?

  • He refuses to eat. He hasn't eaten anything for 2 days. Just water. He's doing that because we had to give away his dog..

  • In a survival situation maybe but tis is hardly the case, if the child is refusing to eat a call to the pediatrician is in order and highly encouraged. Children are still growing and they need food for their still developing brains, water alone isn't going to cut it.
