On track to my weight-loss goal of 26lbs!

I just started on sparkpeople yesterday, and today was my first weigh-in and fitness test.

My first little "workout" since DS was born in April... I did 25 pushups in a minute, and 45 crunches in a minute!

Time yourself, how many can you do?

  • Oh I don't need a timer. I can do exactly zero of those exercises.

  • I just recently started to seriously exercise. I am unable to do too many of those but I am working on it. I am so sore;-) I am beginning to feel good. I guess those happy endorphines have started to kick in. I am finally starting to have more energy.
