do you think if i made a noodle salad with tuna and cream of chicken, it'd be good?

  • You mean a tuna noodle casserole?! SURE!!!

    1 (10.75 oz) can Cream of _____ Soup
    1/2 cup milk
    1 cup cooked peas
    2 (6 oz) cans tuna, drained and flaked
    2 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles
    2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
    1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
    2. Mix soup, milk, peas, tuna and noodles in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    3. Bake for 20 minutes.
    4. Mix bread crumbs with butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake 5 minutes or until hot.

    Makes 4 servings :o)

  • It sounds good, I'd go for it. I am thinking that especially with our weather here today, cold, icy, snow on the ground, that it would be a comforting dish.

  • If you don't like tuna, or can't eat it like me then canned chicken is great too.
    My recipe is very simple
    1 can tuna or chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    1/2 small onion diced small
    1 stalk celery diced small
    1/2 green bell pepper diced small
    1/2 a bag of wide egg noodles cooked

    Preheat oven to 350
    cook noodles and sautee veggies till soft
    Add meat, soup and one can of milk
    bring to boil
    pour noodles and sauce into casserole and bake 20 min.
