  • Brown sugar pie! 1 lb brown sugar, 1/2 C butter, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 T flour, 3 eggs, 1/2 C sweetened condensed milk, mix it all together, pour it in 2 pie shells (I use the pre-made frozen ones), bake it at 350 for 35 minutes. Very easy, and very yummy (and very rich, if you couldn't guess, lol). I've found that putting Cool Whip on it helps cut the richness a bit.

And chocolate chip cookies are always a necessity. I use a modified Betty Crocker recipe, or the Betty Crocker cookie mix is pretty good.

  • Crush one package Oreos. Mix a little over half of them with some melted butter, and press into a 9x13 pan. Refrigerate to harden. Warm peppermint stick or mint chip ice cream (at room temp) til it's spreadable. Spread half over Oreo crust. Spread on some hot fudge ice cream topping. Spread on the rest of the ice cream. Top with remaining Oreo crumbs. Cover, and freeze. You can also put the fudge over the crust and just have a single layer of ice cream. So yummy!
