  • some babies are born with teeth or a tooth so go with your gut. if you think she is teething you may very well be right regardless of age

  • my son is almost four months old. he started teething at two months. its came and went since then. his first ones still havent popped through but i can see them clearly. my oldest started around the same time. so normal for me is about two to three months. normal on average though, id say is about 5 to 6 months. =]

  • oh yeah and give her infant tylenol or motrin filled to the lowest line of the dropper where the number 4 is. see how she feels after about half hour to an hour. let her chew on your fingers, i know my son wont use teething rings and stuff yet. if it helps its more than likely teething... i also love baby ambesol (spelling?) it works GREAT!! fever, diarreah, rash near the chin and upper chest, is all normal also =]

  • teething is a process and drooling isn't always a sign of teething. It's needed to help the digestive system develop, too.

  • My son is almost three months too and has started drooling like crazy! I don't see any teeth and he doesn't seem fussy. I think he has just started the baby drooling faze. It so cute though. He has also discovered he can control his tounge so he has been mimicing us when we stick our tounges out. Too funny!! Time for the bibs!

  • My niece got her first teeth at 3 months. My DD started drooling like crazy at 3 months and got her first teeth at 5 mos. My first DS was exactly the same way, my 2nd DS never drooled at all and got his first teeth a little later!

  • She's absolutely teething. ANY age is normal...some are born teething, some don't start until late in year one.
