Why is the media now questioning Obama?

I have noticed that Anderson Cooper and a few others are now questioning Obama much more then before the election. I find this odd, why now?

  • It's a little late now, don't you think? They were all about him till he got elected, and now that's he's got the whole herd thundering full-speed toward the cliff they want to ask questions about his past record?

  • Maybe they are hoping to increase their ratings.

  • I agree with 29again! It's "trendy" to go against the grain. CNN started "questioning" Obama for a while, but then it appeared they were back on board with him, and I guess, they're back on with the doubting questions--wish they'd make up their mind! LOL

Then again, there is SO MUCH negative stuff going on with that administration, it's really hard to turn a blind eye, and there is only so much Bush Bashing these outlets can continue to conjure up a year into Obama's presidency!

(Just wondering if he's been in office long enough NOW that we can start officially bashing him????) :oP

  • No Lori look around you still see plenty of 'wait and see'..'give him time its only been a year!' (remember we all predicted that after a yr in office some would still be saying this...2 yrs...3..)...'have faith'...etc..as if the man is suddenly going to do a total turn about and keep his word ..he will suddenly not be corrupt and instead transparent..suddenly wont have lobbiests ..etc and so on...when any thinking person realizes if he had ANY intention of those things hed of started from the get go..instead he did and continues to do the opossite

  • It's just a trickle now, but in time they will have no choice, It's Bush's fault can only go so long when the man is injecting so many impacting decisions into the economy.

  • It's about time they started questioning him, he has been given a free ride from the media for far too long. His disapproval ratings are close to 60 percent, health care is a mess, the economy is a mess, he has tripled the national debt and he can't seem to get a damn thing done. Other Presidents have been questioned by the media for far less, I think it's about time Obama answered to the media and the American people honestly, not his usual bs feel good crap

  • Do you guys remember Katie Coric talking about Obama? She gushed like a schoolgirl.

The gilt is slowing wearing off. Many is the media saw the Obama administration's attack of Fox as uncalled-for. The war is dragging on, not much in the way of good news on the economy, people are losing hope because there has been no change.
