  • Are you looking for a crab dip or something to dip crab in??
My favorite thing from the chinese food place in Crab Rangoon- its a mixture of crab, cream cheese and veggies in a wonton. You could make it as a dip to dip crackers or fried wontons in, or you could make it as is, and dip it into sweet and sour sauce.

  • 1 pkg, Knorr vegetable soup mix
    1 can chopped water chestnuts
    1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
    1 8oz package cream cheese
    1 cup parmesean cheese
1 lb lump crab meat or imitation
1 small stalk green onion--I use about 8 finely chopped with the green part as well
    1 cloves garlic chopped
about 1 tsp pepper, you can add more later
bake at 350 for about 45 minutes and serve with pita chips, tortilla chips, or a nice wheat cracker--I have also added artichokes, but DH likes it better without, really good!
