  • Well I do kind of a "cheater" method. lol

One style is to buy a plan premade artificial wreath and then add lights, bows, ribbons, ornaments, trinkets, etc.

    OR make an ornament wreath.
Buy a few colors of different sized plastic ornaments. Then make a circle out of the wire from a wire coat hanger. Glue the ornaments around the ring and to each other to make a "full" wreath. I also add some small colored bells (like the ones on the end of Elf shoes...).

You can also lay down a thick graland before gluing down the ornaments and get a look like this:

  • are you wanting to make your own?
If so get a plain wreath from a store, I get mine from the dollar general for 3-5 dollars...
if you want likes on it, pick up a string of 50 ct...
you are going to need a hot glue gun for this...
you can do almost anything you set your mind to with a wreath...
I put the lights on first, tie a wire twist tie on the back to show me the
    top of the wreath..
I have used these items but not all at one time...
    pine cones (fresh from outside)
    solid glass ornaments
ribbon, bows, glitter, fake flowers (holiday ones)
Styrofoam little balls that can be used as snowballs, plastic berries
plastic or real candy canes, also I have put plastic doves, leafs and
fresh bakes cinnamon apple slices tied on with ribbons....
you can also glue a holiday stuffed ornament (maybe a Santa, snowman)
once you have your wreath together the way you like it... you can spray it
    with fake s
