For all you Seattle mamas

I'm thinking of going to Winterfest in Seattle Center today with the kids. Going to plan on being there around 1:30 if we go. Is it worth the trip (we're in Tacoma), and what do you recommend doing? My kids are 5, 11, and 12. Also going up on to Queen Anne Hill and to Kerry Park to see the Christmas lights. Anything I should know? Thanks, hope someone answers this!
