Counting Carbs

So I'm stuggling to lose weight and was hoping that figuring out how many carbs I need and how to count them along with my exercise will help.

Does anyone know of a good site or how to do all this.

  • Here is how to work out how many calories you need: http://www.eating-naturally.com/home/category/calories

    You can use something like fitday or nutridiary.com to track them.

    You need carbs - 80% of your diet should be carbohydrates - simple ones i.e. FRUIT.
