can I take tylenol pm while BF?

say my dd goes to bed by 8:30 and doesn't wake up until 8:30 the next morning.... is it safe to take tylenol pm right after I put her down since she won't be nursing again for like another 12 hours

  • Yes, it's fine. Tylenol PM is just Tylenol and Benadryl, both are safe to take.

  • I agree. Even if you were nursing every 3 hours it wouldn't matter.

  • Yes, you can. But be aware that benedryl can decrease milk supply. When I took it, I only took half a dose (1 pill ) and I tried not to take it every night.
