Occasionally I find myself falling asleep during the day. I can not sleep at night anymore, and I'm not sure why. It's been almost three weeks and I'm getting scared. Once or twice I went almost 3 days with NO sleep. A few times I've found myself falling asleep while my three year old is watching cartoons. Luckily it was only for a few minutes, but I don't want him to get hurt, or get into something he's not supposed to if I end up falling into a deep sleep for maybe hours. Does anyone have any advice for me to sleep at night like a normal person again? I'm not looking for bashing, just help. I'm not sure of the reason as to why I'm not sleeping. I can lay there the whole night and not even drift. Please give me suggestions. I feel like a horrible mother and that I'm not living up to SAHM expectations. Please help!!Answer Question

Do not drink caffeinated drinks after 6 at night. Have you tried over the counter sleep aids. If those are not working, go to the doctor for this problem.
