15 month old still not walking!?!

My first son started to walk at exactly 12 months( hes 2 1/2). My second son however is still not walking nor willing to wihout grabbing my( and only mine) hand. I tried everything! I am a stay at home mother so hes mainly with me. That may explain why he only trusts me to walk with him. His dad and grandparents Is there any tips i can use??? Is this normal???

  • Kids walk and talk when they are ready. I wouldnt worry until if he is 2 and still not walking on his own. I didnt walk until I was 22 months old.

  • He's just not ready yet. My daughter didn't walk until 14 months. I didn't rush her, because I knew she would when she was ready.

  • My son didn't walk until 16 1/2 months. Unless there's some other sign of problems, I wouldn't worry about it. If by 18 months he's still not walking, discuss it at his well visit.
