  • Nope no where in the enumerated powers of the Constitution does it provide for govt healthcare. Of course our politicians don't even know what the Constitution says or they don't care, so they will just do what they want anyway. Pretty soon we can kiss all our rights goodbye.

  • Of course it is unconstitutional. The government is going to make us buy something from a private provider. They are going to force you to have a service of suffer the penalty of the law. Where in the Constititution do you find this ability given to the government. I read my copy. I don't find it anywhere. When Pelosi was asked where the in the Constitution it gave the Congress the power to mandate health care, she laughed and asked the questioner if he was serious. Yes, its a laughing matter.
