how do you use wasabi paste?

It's in a tube from grocery store. Is it like what you get at a japanese restauraunt or do you need to do something to it? I tried it plain and it seems much stronger and more liquid than the restaurant wasabi.

  • add a little corn starch or flour

  • You can use it as is, for sushi we mix it with a little soy sauce and dip the sushi in it.

  • that should be usable as is. maybe it seperated and you could knead the tube. It is good mixed with Mayo as a zippy sandwich spead!
