Cooking frog legs?

I need chef help! I have frog legs. How do I fix them? I was thinking of deep frying them. Any recipes? How do I know their done?

  • sounds good to me. I just like seasoned flour (wondra works best) then panfry in butter and olive oil with a bit of garlic, lemon juice and parsely at the end. Be carefull when cooking they can "pop" and spatter hot grease.
