What is it? Do you make it or do you buy it somewhere? If so where?

  • You buy it in the Natural foods section. It's tea to help your milk supply increase, but it doesn't work really well. A much better bet is an herbal tincture, known as a galactalogue, from places like Mother

  • It is in the tea section at some grocery stores. I couldn't drink it. I had much better success with brewers yeast tablets.

  • Fenugreek seed also works well for increasing breastmilk, you can get it where they sell vitamins (I liked the pills better than the tea).

  • GNC carries the tea. They come in tea bags and you make it. I personally loved it.
