Got a fondue for Christmas, what are easy recipes to use with it?

I'm hoping to have the ingredients on hand, I have the common staples, no alcohol or different cheeses. Thanks.

  • I like making chocolate and dipping in fruit, marshmallows, cheesecake, rice krispies treats, or pound cake. Just like at the Melting Pot. Yum. You can probably get a recipe on (LOVE that site!)

  • Jalapeno Cheese Fondue
    3 oz of beer
    Heat to light boil
    3 oz fresh salsa
    Using a whipping motion with a fork, slowly blend small quantities (8-12 oz)of cheese mixture (80% sharp cheddar and 20% Emmenthaler Swiss)and bring to the consistency or warm honey. Add jalepeno peppers to taste add black pepper Blend

    Italian Cheese Fondue
    4 to 6 ounce white wine
    1 tsp minced garlic
    Approximately 2 Cup cheese (mixture of Gruyere, Emmenthaler Swiss add 1 teaspoon flour to mixture)
    1 tsp marinara sauce
    1 heaping tsp Romano and Parmesan cheeses
    1 tsp basil pesto
    3 Cups bread cubes - Italian, rye, foccacia
    1 Cup chopped vegetables (cauliflower, celery, broccoli, carrots)
    Heat wine on high until it steams. Add garlic; stir with fork. Slowly add
    Gruyere mix, whipping continuously with fork. Continue until "warm honey" consistency is achieved. Stir in Parmesan mixture.Add marinara pesto; stir with fork until
