Our family tradition is to open them at midnight.

  • Christmas Eve with HOH side of family, Santa here yesterday around 7:30 and then last night at my parents house...HOH and i don't give each other any thing and we gave the boys their gift from us at HOH's side of family get together CE

  • We open them when the boys wake up which is usually around 630-7am.

  • We have our turkey dinner at midday and when all the dishes are done, we open presents.

  • we let them open gifts from my DH and i and other family and then they open the big gifts from "Santa" in the money after our chocolate chip pancake breakfast

  • Oh, about 7:30 AM. We opened at my mom's on Christmas Eve, Christmas at home, and today at my FIL's house. Three days of Christmas. It is great.

  • Growing up at midnight (we are a latino family) and usually thats what only Latinos do. Never seen whites do this lol sorry.
    But as i got older we opened them in the morning. As of May 2008 i am no longer a catholic so i dont celebrate XMAS anymore. We opened our presents on December 21st on Yule morning. and will continue to do so.
