How do you make a really yummy cheesy beef lasange?

  • Here's mine (but its not beef, but you can substitute for ground beef if you want). 1 lb turkey italian sausage. Brown in a skillet til thoroughly cooked. Add in 1 jar of prego ricotta parmesan pasta sauce. Fill the jar about 1/3 full with water, shake it around to get all the sauce, then pour it in the meat/sauce mixture. Meanwhile, boil your noodles. In a bowl, mix 30 oz Ricotta cheese with 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan, and 1 egg. Mix well. After the sauce cooks for about 20 minutes. put a little bit of sauce in the bottom of a 13x9 pan. Lay 3 noodles on top of that. Spread 1/2 of the cheese mixture on top of the noodles. Top with 1/3 of the sauce. Layer 3 more noodles, then the rest of the cheese mixture, 1/3 of the sauce. Add 3 more noodles, then the rest of the sauce on top. Top with 1 cup shredded mozzarella. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered with foil, uncover and bake an additional 10-15.

  • 2 lbs hamburger cooked with one onion and garlic cloves minced. drain and add jar of sauce, then pour some water in the sauce jar and pour that in too. let it simmer for about 30 min. cook noodles. put a little meat sauce on the bottom of pan, lay 3 noodles on top of that, meat sauce, about 6-8 small spoonfuls of cottage cheese, sprinkle on some mozzerella, sprinkle on some parmesan, then do the layers all over again. cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

  • I put sauce on the bottom of the pan, then layer lasgna noodles, ground beef, ricotta cheese, mozzerella cheese and sauce. I make 3 or 4 layers ending with sauce and cheese. I sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake at 375 for 45-60 minutes. I mix the ground beef with parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and let cool.
