Here's mine (but its not beef, but you can substitute for ground beef if you want). 1 lb turkey italian sausage. Brown in a skillet til thoroughly cooked. Add in 1 jar of prego ricotta parmesan pasta sauce. Fill the jar about 1/3 full with water, shake it around to get all the sauce, then pour it in the meat/sauce mixture. Meanwhile, boil your noodles. In a bowl, mix 30 oz Ricotta cheese with 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan, and 1 egg. Mix well. After the sauce cooks for about 20 minutes. put a little bit of sauce in the bottom of a 13x9 pan. Lay 3 noodles on top of that. Spread 1/2 of the cheese mixture on top of the noodles. Top with 1/3 of the sauce. Layer 3 more noodles, then the rest of the cheese mixture, 1/3 of the sauce. Add 3 more noodles, then the rest of the sauce on top. Top with 1 cup shredded mozzarella. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered with foil, uncover and bake an additional 10-15.
