I dont know if anyone will know the answers to this but i thought i would ask....our shower when you turn it on it get full blast on cold but if you turn the hot on it barely trickels out anyone know how i can fix it....... also our dishwasher is not cleaning out dishes and has a bad smell what can i do thank you all i though iwould ask all this before i went a spent money on someone lol thank you all

  • Probably calcium build up. I have to call the plumber when it happens. Not sure how to do it on your own.

  • Go to the store and buy some "CLR" It stands for "Calcium, Lime, Rust." Pour some in a glass or a bowl and hold it up to your shower head so it can soak in the liquid for about a minute...

    I had the same problem and this worked for me.

  • its somethign called a mixing valve you can pick one up at home depot. as for this dishwasher you can use some white vinigar on a rince sysle with nothgin in it that should clean it up .

  • Do you get hot water anywhere else? If it's lower pressure elsewhere too, check the water heater for leaks. Could be leaks along the way to the shower too or build up or the hot could be turned off where it feeds to the shower

  • Run lemon koolaid through your dishwasher; the citric acid will help clean out the pipes.
