Any good tips to releave nausea?

I'm mildly to moderatly nauseated all the time. Ginger helps a little while peppermint and lemon really do nothing. Tums doesn't really help either.

  • Seabands motion sickness bracelets. $12 at drug store.

    Steamed rice with ginger.

    Sleep enough. Drink enough water. keep blood sugar level.

  • The only thing that helped me was french fries. I know that sounds wierd.

  • talk to your dr cause if it is all the time he might prascribe something to you. With my first I didn't get it, but my second I was fine until the second trimester I was neauseas all the time I would lay on the couch so my dr gave me I forget the name of it now, but it was a pill and it was achually for motion sickness and it achually helped. You can try the bracelets I don't know if they work never tried them.
