Confused A Little

I am 20 years old married and mother to a wonderful 16 month old baby boy.. My trouble is with my style.. I'm still young but I'm also a mother.. I cant figure out appropriate way to dress.. I'm afraid of dressing to young because I am a mother and wife but I dont feel right looking older then I really am because then it looks wrong when I with my husband.. I know this is silly to be worried about but I just wanted some more opinions on it. I am also plus size with doesnt help my issue either but I'm dealing with that. I just want otherr womens opinion on this issue thanks

  • I am plus size and 22 years old and have a 4 month old and a husband too! I really like lane bryant they have nice clothes but arent too old! Well some of them are.... LOL... They are kind of expensive but they are made really good and fit my body well! I also like Cato if you dont have these stores around you try their websites!

  • Just dress in whatever way makes you comfortable, and don't worry about what anybody else says. You're still young, no reason for you not to dress your age! Now, I'm not talking shirts that have your boobs hang out and hiphugger pants with the muffin top sticking out, because those are just gross on anybody, really ... So I guess in a nutshell, dress young, but not like a hoochie :)

  • Just dress age appropriately. Maybe skip short skirts and tank tops or cropped tops. Be comfy. When in doubt, go classy.

  • I agree with the previous answers. If you're talking about revealing clothes that's one thing, but if you're just talking about style, wear what's comfortable!

  • I agree to wear something that makes you feel good. It's like having the right hair cut. If it's bad you feel bad and your attitude can reflect that. Clothes show the world the first thing they see about you and who you are. Pick something that says "you"

  • I know EXACTLY how you feel!! I am only 23 and I feel like things women my age are wearing are too "young" but I dont want to look "old" either. Forever 21, wet seal, express, victorias secret ALL have great clothes for our age. Yes your a married mother, but that doesnt mean you have to look like a frump ya know.
