Another way to do it is look at the answer box where you type your response on your computer. See where right above that it says "Add an Answer" - well, next to that it says Use Full Editor. Once you type what you want to say, then click on the Use Full Editor.
Once you do that, you should see various options at the bottom. (Such as bold, italics, etc.) If you highlight whatever word or phrase you want to be the link, then one there's another button that's beside the check spelling feature that will become "clickable". It looks like a little chain link. Click on that. A box will pop up, saying Insert/Edit link. Paste or type whatever www. addy you want to link to in the Link URL spot (it's the very first one there), then click insert.
Now whatever site you wanted to link to is linked to whatever word you highlighted in that answer.
