How can I help my 9 year to stop burping?

She's been burping non-stop all morning and this has been going on for several weeks. She's very uncomfortable and I'm wondering if there is anything I can give her to help relieve the discomfort and stop the constant burping!

  • The only advice I can give you is to try and figure out what foods are causing it. She may have developed a sensitivity to something that she was previously ok with. Cut out any sodas or carbonated drinks if she drinks them and if it continues then start ruling out other foods that she has regularly. Find the culprit and stop the gas.

  • Go get her some Gas-X at the pharmacy.
