I need to stay active during pregnancy i dont want to lay around i want to be active what can i do without hurting my baby

  • Go walking. If the weather is bad where you live then go to the mall and walk. If the weather is good then walk or ride a bike. You could join a gym or YMCA and ride the bike there or walk around or even swim.

  • I did Kathy Smith pregnancy aerobics every day while I was pregnant. Your local library is a great place to "try before you buy"
