I didn't register my car with my state last year because it was sitting in my garage broken. It's repaired now; will I have to pay the registration for last year AND this year?

The year I missed was due 12/08. Can I just pay for 12/09? In Illinois.

  • I'm sure each state is different. Just call the License office and ask. They won't ask your name.
