I need some meal ideas

Ok so I'm really tired of the same things repeatedly, and tomorrow is grocery day so I need some meal ideas. I'm on a really strict diet (medical reasons) so here's my restrictions: low fat, low sodium, no dairy. I know, it's difficult. That's why I'm getting bored lol. I can eat lean ground turkey, boneless skinless chicken breasts, any fruits and vegetables NOT canned, dried beans/legumes, whole grain breads, pasta, and any seasonings that don't contain salt. My meals right now consist of turkey chili, chicken stir fry, roast chicken, grilled chicken, homemade burritos, chicken noodle soup, and spaghetti with homemade sauce. All of them are delicious, but getting tiresome. My kids are not too picky, they just don't prefer a lot of onions. So anyone got any good ideas? Thanks!

  • Mrsdash.com Check that site out. I know there are a lot of good recipes there and I'm pretty sure that there are quite a few of the recipes that will fit in with what you are allowed to eat.

  • try the eating clean group. or just eatingclean.com

your restrictions are the basis for most of the food that's eaten.
