Very easy yummy pink tomato sauce lasagna recipe please?

I never ever made it and want something easy but yummy. i dont want any chicken or beef inside mine at all. Spinach, tomatos, ricotta cheese, mushrooms are all okay. If you could post how you make it step by step and how much i need of everything. its for my husband, me and my two kids. Thanks :)

  • easy... buy a pink vodka sauce (they come in a jar now- or take 1 jar sauce + 1 half pint heavy cream & cook for a few min)
box of lasagna noodles (cook, drain, rinse, separate)
    8oz of parm & mozzarella & 16 oz ricotta + 2 eggs
8oz sliced mushrooms (you could use canned) sauteed
    10oz cooked &drained spinach

mix the ricotta & parmesan cheeses with the spinach & eggs- add seasoning of choice (herbs & garlic)
layer lasagna noodles on bottom of greased pan, add cheese mixture, mushrooms and top off with sauce... repeat until all ingredients are gone, top with sauce & mozzarella cheese. bake @ 350 until heated though and cheese is browned.

hope that was easy enough. :) thats how we do it here.
