While pregnant, has anyone ever had severe anxiety issues... such as panic attacks and etc... If so, how did you manage it? Any medications? Did it cause any issues to your unborn baby, or disrupt your pregnancy in any way?

  • Don't worry too much about causing a issue to the pregnancy or you will just cause more anxiety. Anxiety is NOT going to cause a miscarriage etc...

    It is obviously better though if you are relaxed so try to go on walks, excercise ( simple aerobics), lay off caffeine, get good rest, eat well etc...

    Also if you are not good at meditating try doing a craft you like. Even coloring can be relaxing.
