  • depends what you want to focus on your child. For example, is it a priority that s/he socialize with other children, or that they are exposed to different environments (park, zoo). Choose a day in the week where you focus on just that.

I hope this is what you mean

  • My 13 month old wakes up around 7 and has a cup of milk. He plays while his siblings are getting ready for school, then around 8:30 he eats breakfast. Then we run any errands we need to get out of the way and he plays until 11:30 or so when we have lunch. He goes down for his nap between 12-12:30 and sleep for 2-2 1/2 hours. When he wakes up he has a small snack and then we play with his siblings until supper around 5:30-6. Bath shortly after that, then massage with lotion, cup of milk, brush teeth, read books, sing songs and he's in bed shortly after 7. He sleeps through the night.
Just adjust your son's schedule to fit into your lifestyle. As long as it's consistent, he will benefit from having a daily routine.
