  • Wanna get tasty while being lazy?

Get a bag of Italian croutons. Run them through the food processor to make crumbs. Mix with meat and egg. The seasoning is all there.

  • ground meat (these days its bison or venison)
    bread crumbs
    egg
    BBQ sauce
    hot sauce
seasonings - salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, etc...

they're different every time I make them but the basic crumbs, egg are always constant.

  • 1/2 cup instant rice per pound of meat (more if it's not very lean, less if it's leaner), 1 egg per pound of meat, 1/4 cup ketchup per pound of meat, 1/2 cup finely shredded cheese per pound of meat, parsley, onion, black pepper, sometimes Lawry's, sometimes thyme, sometimes sage, sometimes rosemary, sometimes garlic...I make them basically the same every time but I like to switch up the seasonings based on my mood. But always the rice/egg/cheese.

  • Ground Beef
    Chopped Onions
    Salt & Pepper
    Bread Crumbs
    Parmesan Cheese
    Egg
    Milk
    Mix all together, forms balls.
    Bake or Fry...your choice
Now for a Sauce.....I have a new one I got from some magazine..it sounds crazy but we love it
Take 1 can of Jellied Cranberry Sauce and heat it until it melts...add 1 bottle of Chili Sauce, stir until mixed well and heat until bubbly and warm.
Put meatballs in sauce mix for about 20 to 30 minutes and just let simmer.
This is so good. It can used as an appetizer or serve on pasta.
I have to go and make some now...I'm hungry
    Happy New Year
