? about chicken noodle soup

I'd like to make some chicken noodle soup with leftovers.....but the only thing, is I have turkey, not chicken. Can I use turkey in chicken noodle soup? Or would the chicken broth and turkey meat not go well together?

  • It'll be fine that way. I honestly prefer turkey. I plan to make turkey noodle soup after I actually make my turkey, hopefully next week! They're easily interchangeable. You really shouldn't notice that it's turkey meat & chicken broth. I've never had a problem mixing & matching that way.
