Baby measuring small..what does that excatly mean?

I am 24 1/2 weeks along and my baby measured this am at 21 weeks. I am scheduled for another sonogram on the 13th. Does this mean there is something wrong or is he just small?

  • It can depend on the baby's position. When I was 34 weeks i was meassuring 39 weeks and my baby was 7 lbs 7 oz born on his due date. I wouldn't worry too much, even though I did at the time. Try to relax and trust your dr. I know it's easier said than done. GL

  • My last one measured small the whole time. They ended up changing the due date but he was born on the original one 8 lbs. Sometimes those things are not that accurate
