What to do for constipation?

I have been constipated ( sorry if it's TMI ). What are some things I can do to help with it with stuff that could be found around the house? I don't want to have to run up to the store to buy something unless I have too. Thanks!

  • grapes plums and chocolate are antural laxetivs.

  • If you have prune juice that will do it in a hurry. Castor oil, lots of water and juice. Eat something really greasy. Pitted fruit like peaches work. I hope that helps I can't think of anything else.

  • milk of magnesia works too but dont drink to much and dont drift to far fromt he bathroom .

  • I use to drink smooth move tea and it really works.  Take it at least 8pm or before bedtime, you will surely go to the washroom in the morning.  It works for me and i hope it does work with you too.

  • no meat, dairy, bananas, white flour and other simple grains, high fructose corn syrup and other processed sugars.
    Drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water a day
    Eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes

  • Eat 2 peeled Kiwi fruits a couple times a day. You should get relief fairly quickly.
