  • We went to the Maldives last year for 3 weeks without the kiddos. It was amazing would love to own a property there but the islands may all be under water in the next 20 years or sooner so we won't risk it. We own a home in Turks and Caicos. We are purchasing three apartment buildings we can lease out as vacation rentals there. We move there in 6 months my husband and I are commercial land owners we lease to companies like Target and Walmart and really don't need to live in the USA to do it. Nice weather year round and the friendliest people you can meet makes the Turks a fab place to live. Will be on a dream getaway year round.
