Has anyone else gone by several sizes after baby?

Before our son I was a size 4. I put on lots of weight over 50lbs during my pregnancy and now can not get back in my old clothes. I am currently a size 12 but look healthy not heavy. I am wondering if anyone else has found that their bodies just changed major size and shape??

  • I was not in my own body for the first 6-12 months after each baby, but then I did get back into my old pants.

  • i don't know what size i was because im too small for women's clothes. i gained 20 pounds during labor and lost 24 after labor. my so says i look thinner than i did before i got pregnant. every women is different. it mostly depends on how much weight you gain during pregnancy.

  • Yeah everything has rearranged and doesn't look as cute as it did before. I am now a 14 when i wore size 8 jeans up until i was 8 months pregnant. I can't get the weight off and i'm 1 year pp. I'm not that worried about it i'm fine with it but eventually i hope to get down at least a few sizes.

  • Before pregnancy, I was a size 12.

Immediately after pregnancy, I was wearing a size 18.

Now 18 months after giving birth, I'm wearing size 10.
