  • if you can, lay him on a towel and take the diaper off. air drying is going to be the best way to help.

  • I have given this answer so much lately the only thing that helped us with stubborn rashes was hydrocortizone cream it helps within the first day.

  • It could be a yeast infection in which case the pediatrician can perscribe a cream that will make it clear right up

  • could be a yeast infection. the doctor will give you nystatin cream but they usually also say that an over the counter anti fungal cream will work. if he gets thrush in his mouth too( he probably has immunity by now) you can paint his mouth with gintian violet.

  • It could be a fungus. Could be an infection. It could be a number of things that none of us, who aren't medically trained, can help you with. Contact his Pediatrician and get him an appointment.

  • It sounds like it could be a yeast infection. Have you tried some monistat ointment? The doctor told me to get even the generic ointment for a women's vaginal yeast infection and apply it to the rash. It worked very well.
