What have you accomplished in the last 10 years?

A co-worker asked, so I thought I'd spread the question. I've done quite a bit. Graduated high school, then with my undergrand, the with a MAcc. Got married, bought a house, had a baby. It's been a busy 10 years! I never imagined I'd be where I am today 10 years ago, either!

  • Moved to a new state, got married, had 4 great kids, bought a house, bought a dog, I think thatsit... oh and I graduated college also :)

  • Graduated high school, got married, moved to Germany, had a baby, moved back to the U.S., bought a condo, finished my A.S.(almost finished my B.S.). It has been a very busy 10 years for me too. Time sure does fly by fast.

  • Try being 50, I'm losing my memory so it really doesn't matter anymore. I live one day at a time and meditate on living one moment at a time. I'm satisfied that I have learned from mistakes and practice compassion and self awareness with others.

  • hmm lets see in the past 10 years i have had 4 beautiful children, 1 girl and 3 boys. Got married, bought a house, come to see the true meaning of life and how to appreciate it, moved a whole lot!!!, lost and gained some friends, found out who my REAL friends are, won 3rd place at a volley ball championship ( high school ) I am only 23 so i go all the way back to 13!! lol. I think those are the most important ones though...good question!!!

  • 10 years ago i was 15. i didnt accomplish anything, well i graduated HS at 18 years old in 2001. I got married in 2003, had two kids and now pregnant with another....... I didnt attend college or some big university and i dont ever want too. Not my thing.

    Let's see 10 years ago I was ... 15.
    Umm aside from working here and there. I got married, had two kids, and bought a new house.
    Nothing exciting happened for me, which is sad. But you know .. you live, you learn.

  • op here: well, I graduated high school in 2000, so the full 10 years were "after high school". :)

    I also lost my dog. I came back from my honeymoon and my 13 year old australian shepherd couldn't even walk. :( I ended up putting her to sleep the next day. And I lost my aunt. But it's more fun to focus on the good stuff!!

  • Wow! Let's see. We have lived in 3 states (military), bought 2 houses & sold 1, started & sold a business, started another business, had a baby (already had 1) AND have almost recovered (with lots of work and lots of help) second baby from autism.
