Has anyone used transdermal Naltrexone for self injurious behavior

I have a patient who has been diagnosed with Asperger Disorer, very high functioning but oppositional, resistive to parental direction, She self injures, bangs head against wall and floor. Picks at skin. Tried the po naltrexone and made client sick after he took it several times. They would like to re-challenge the naltrexone via transderamal rounte
