When is it okay to feed a baby eggs?

  • 1 year old in case off allergies, and when you start, dont give them anything new other than the eggs for three days so you can pinpoint any reaction that might come up.
    My son was allergic to eggs, and we gave it to him just under 12 months. Scariest day ever.. tread lightly with allergy prone foods.

  • Yolks only until baby turns one; egg whites are an allergy trigger food.
